Retail sales experience beneficial, but prior furniture sales not required. Learn while you earn with in store, on the job training.

Job Requirements

Professional appearance, and good interpersonal and communication skills. Present a friendly, and personable attitude and a desire to please customers.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Basic skills in math, computers and email required.

Position routinely requires lifting and loading up to 50 lbs without help, and heavier weight with assistance or the use of a hand truck or dolly. May be required to carry heavy merchandise up and down stairs.

Help unload freight trucks, including store truck.

Unpack and assemble furniture, set up in store, and move pieces as needed and as directed by store manager.

Wrap and protect furniture for delivery and customer pick up.

Assist with or load merchandise to customers vehicle as needed.

Always maintain cleanliness in the company delivery vehicle inside and out.

Always maintain a clean and safe working environment in and around the store.

May be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Schedule / Compensation

Permanent Part-Time

Friday, Saturday and Monday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday Noon – 5:00pm / Starting pay $17.00 per hour
